As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for building the operating cadence, aligning company-wide priorities, and acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and the senior leadership team. This role is vital to ensuring the effective execution of the CEO's vision, and it requires someone with strong operational discipline, strategic insight, and the ability to handle a range of responsibilities from high-level planning to real-time problem-solving.
You Will:
- Building Operating Process and Standards: Partner with the CEO to design and own the execution of the operating process, standards, and cadence. Develop frameworks and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices, to enhance strategic planning and execution.
- Managing Operating Execution: Partner with the CEO to manage and drive key business initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and operationalizing strategic goals.
- Provide Analytics and Insights: Leverage strong quantitative skills and data-driven analysis to generate insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
- Manage Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Own the formulation and tracking of company-wide metrics, including KPIs and OKRs. Ensure leadership alignment and communicate progress across the organization.
- Facilitate Executive Communications: Prepare internal and external communications, including briefings, reports, and presentations for executive meetings, Board of Directors sessions, company-wide initiatives and other key stakeholder engagements.
- Manage Projects: Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Act as Leadership Liaison: Build trust with the executive team, serving as the link between the CEO and internal leadership to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.
- Support the CEO: Help manage the CEO's priorities, acting as a key point of contact for real-time problem-solving and urgent tasks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Bring the right teams and players together to tackle high-priority business challenges and ensure organizational alignment.
- Experience: 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, or McKinsey) at an Engagement Manager level or equivalent.
- Chief of Staff experiences: Hands-on experience as Chief of Staff for a fast-growth mid-stage to growth-stage company is a plus.
- Strategic and Operational Expertise: A proven ability to think strategically and execute operationally, turning vision into action.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making..
- Leadership: A track record of building trust with senior leadership and managing high-level relationships effectively.
- Resilience and Grit: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage ambiguity with focus and discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for preparing concise and impactful briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle both high-level strategic work and day-to-day tactical work items.
