Support technical solutions within the ServiceNow enterprise with responsibility for overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. Actively participate in daily scrum calls with the development team. Contribute to the design, development, and configuration of out-of-the-box and custom capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Research and evaluate technical solutions to make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work. Drive onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture all requirements necessary to implement solutions. Identify trends across customer implementations to improve future implementations. Drive continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets, and refinement of the implementation processes. Support all aspects of technical solutions within the ServiceNow enterprise and drive strategic transformational change in support of business requirements and objectives. Lead and design integration solutions under the ServiceNow Platform. Design data model and architectural diagrams required to implement solution using technology specific best practices and standards. Refine Agile stories to accurately document the appropriate level of technical detail for a developer to implement. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, testing plan development, product upgrades, and new technology deployments. Produce and maintain detailed knowledge transfer documentation. Drive project and enhancement alignment on solutioning and implementation requirements with the ServiceNow support teams and developers. Perform and participate in product roadmap planning. Identify opportunities to leverage existing and emerging ServiceNow capabilities. Perform development and configuration per projects and assigned enhancement requests. Provide configuration reviews to ensure adherence to ServiceNow Technical Best Practices.Telecommuting permitted up to 40%Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per weekMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.Must have 5 years of experience in the following : Implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions, including architecting solutions for ServiceNow in cloud or similar ITIL implementations;ServiceNow Scripting, PowerShell, Java, HTML, and JavaScript, pertaining to new code or support of existing code; andImplementing integration technologies and leading integrations.Must have 3 years of experience in the following : Working with ServiceNow / ITSM / ITBM / HR / ITOM modules;Designing and implementing complex, multi-platform, end-to-end solutions in a high-availability environment;Application life-cycle management on projects with large-scale deployments;Developing high-level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution; andCommunicating technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.Employer also requires ServiceNow System Administrator certification.International travel required up to 5% and domestic travel required up to 10%.To Apply : Email CV to with Job Code KBGFJG213545-3 in the subject line.
