Responsibilities

- Conduct insurance verification and explain coverage options to patients.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Assist with coding using ADA codes and systems for billing purposes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Qualifications
