This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, event planning, travel coordination, CEO's Family Coordination, expense reporting, and many other administrative tasks for our CEO.
Responsibilities
- Organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support his growing operations
- This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a recognized leader in the Pilates space
- industry, managing essential tasks that contribute to both personal and professional success
- Provide administrative support, including organization and daily task planning
- Oversee team infrastructure and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate schedules and manage day-to-day activities

Qualifications
- Must be local to Orange County, CA, and can work remotely and in-office in Irvine or any of our stores across Orange and Los Angeles County.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- A degree is not required, but a proactive and professional attitude is essential
