Compensation Overview: T he annual base salary range for this position is based upon a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Responsibilities/Duties Of The Job

- Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and propose solutions to business operations and processes.
- Lead sessions with members of the dev team over gathering requirements in business processes and systems.
- Understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to the technical team.
- Keep the PMO process updated and take role in project cadence and success.
- Assist in the analysis, documentation, and maintenance of business processes using relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, system architects, business analysts, and QA to ensure successful project delivery by meeting their needs.
- Follows strict confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines.
- Create test plans for system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Learn and apply new methodologies as needed.
- Any additional duties as assigned by the VP Information Services.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field. Previous internship preferred.
- 0-4 years of experience in business analyst positions or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements’
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Good organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Devotion to self-development.
- Demonstrate understanding in general math, statistics, finances, and data-entry.
- Preferred knowledge or experience in Ancillary Healthcare, Home Medical Equipment, and/or Workers’ Compensation Industry.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
- Working at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work
- Operation of office machinery and equipment
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision
