The Client Services Coordinator supports project-related and other administrative account service tasks.

The Client Services Coordinator supports project-related and other administrative account service tasks.
WHAT OUR CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR WILL DO ONCE THEY'RE HERE
- Works with client service team to assist with any needs that help complete client projects
- Executes tasks for projects, including job opening, job status reports, creative daily tasks, internal job routings, job materials and job archiving
- Schedules timelines, coordinates project routing, and communicates project revisions/updates to team members
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project workflow
- Assists with project brief development as requested
- Documents and facilitates meeting notes
- Assists with or manages the print production process for printing client marketing pieces
- Archives files and closes jobs
- Assists with general administrative responsibilities
- Other relevant duties to position as assigned
- College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, internship experience and/or marketing agency experience is a plus
- Aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Monday.com, Workamajig, Box.com or other integrated operations tools a plus
- Strong attention to detail, exceptionally organized
- Deadline-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects and processes at once
- Solid, collaborative team player
