The ability to build business relationships while driving account growth will set you apart.

Working Location: Open to on-site in Waterloo, IA; hybrid or remote within the United States. Frequent travel is required.
Working Hours Classification: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities/Duties Of The National Account Manager
- Identify best ways to exceed revenue goal for each assigned National Account
- Review client contracts and plan for renewals. Seek to extend length of agreements and expand our products whenever possible
- Pro-actively review our pricing with National Accounts to determine if changes are needed. Evaluate revenue impact for potential changes
- Identify main National Account client contacts and work within Homelink to make sure relationships are maintained by multiple levels of our organization
- Identify partnership enhancement opportunities (i.e. systems interface) with National Accounts and pursue until implementation
- Review business with National Accounts by HOMELINK product and region and seek opportunities to expand
- Work with Homelink Regional Marketing Reps to make sure they are working with National Account contacts in their region
- Conduct/lead regular stewardship meetings with National Accounts
- Make sure HOMELINK is promoting the value we provide to National Accounts
- Identify main service issues for National Accounts and work to eliminate or minimize
- Process for monitoring handling individual issues that come up
- Monitoring and resolving issues that recur and developing plan to prevent them from occurring
- Issue escalation process
- Monitor Accounts Receivable issues for each National Account and assist in resolving issues as needed
- Participate in sales training sessions
- Assist with new employee training
- Follows strict confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
National Account Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in account management or sales-related role
- 3 years experience in workers' compensation or group health insurance industries
- Advanced understanding of specialty and PPO networks and managed care
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements’
- Working at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work
- Operation of office machinery and equipment
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision
- Ability to travel 50% of the time for regular client visits, or to VGM headquarters as needed

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
