Description
Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via inperson email and telephone
- Provide direct onsite instruction to individual users and small groups
- Provide instruction on newly released functionality
- Deliver presentations to line staff
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- Review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
