We are actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Account Executive (BDAE) to join our team, contributing to a dynamic and expanding venture with ample opportunities for career advancement. The BDAE will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives by identifying and qualifying potential leads, scheduling meetings, showcasing our Mobile Outfitters Products, closing sales, and nurturing relationships with postpaid clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, adeptness in relationship building, and a relentless drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, need, timing, and decision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for our product.
- Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads for further engagement with the clients.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Present our MO product to prospects, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to their specific needs.
- Travel: Travel will be required, comprising 50% to 75% of the time, to meet with prospects and conduct product demonstrations.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, engaging with gatekeepers, and navigating initial barriers to create opportunities for the VHA.
- Close Sales: Successfully close sales with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition from demo to final sale.
- Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record with 2 yrs in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
