The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical design for solar and battery storage systems, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autocad Civil3D and PVsyst. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electrical layouts, one-line documents, construction documents, and specifications for commercial and utility-scale solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- 10 years of professional electrical engineering design experience, with 5 years of experience in electrical design for renewable energy systems/commercial & utility-scale solar PV systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
