Our Client is an established, independent laboratory specializing in physician services, blood testing, and toxicology. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our reach across territories in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring and maintaining client relationships in the healthcare sector. This role requires a motivated professional with proven experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or primary care , as well as an established book of business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business growth by identifying and closing opportunities in alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive business presentations.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 90%).
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Leverage knowledge of laboratory operations, especially toxicology and primary care markets, to support client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client concerns by collaborating with internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, with a focus on market targeting, managed care, and competitive analysis.
