As an HR Generalist at Vheda Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization"s human resources operations and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who can effectively manage HR administrative functions while helping to foster a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for employee development. Your expertise will help us maintain operational excellence while supporting our mission to improve health equity for underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting management, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
- Assist with benefits administration and serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.
- Coordinate and help deliver training and development programs, leveraging experience in learning and development.
- Process HR-related paperwork including new hires, terminations, and status changes while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with employee relations matters and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Help coordinate performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
