The Executive Director for Vi at Aventura will manage all facets of the 24-hour, 7 day a week operation of the community. Working closely with the VP of Operations, and the community management team, the Executive Director will develop and execute strategies and initiatives to consistently deliver the Brand, Mission, and Core Values of the organization. The Executive Director will direct local staff to meet the Company's quality standards and targeted financial measures while adhering to operating policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in senior living to include prior experience in a CCRC environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred
  • NHA certification is preferred in CCRC environment.
  • Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Additional requirements include:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities needed to manage complex environment with numerous responsibilities.
  • Financial acumen, superior oral and written communication skills necessary to provide leadership for cabinet and line staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and relationship skills necessary to interface with corporate and community personnel, resident advisory councils, residents, and their families.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and various reporting tools.
