The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources department within the Via 313 brand, while enforcing company policies and practices. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring professional support within the Via 313 restaurants, with the ability to communicate to multiple levels of leadership and utilize resources and tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
The Human Resources Generalist reports directly to the President of Via 313. This is a Hybrid position located in the Austin market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implement HR programs and initiatives within the organization as directed by the President
of Via 313 and Savory’s Director of HR

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to
ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, bend,
stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be
required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using
a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or
travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function
effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work
responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed
pharmaceuticals and / or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential
functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
