The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Via Napoli, located at one of Orlando’s premier theme parks. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be a restaurant leader responsible for training and developing your team, motivate and manage the team as well as oversee business costs including labor, food and beverage as well as delivering an amazing customer experience.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and budget
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain positive guest relations, ensuing enjoyable and memorable experiences
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
- Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
More about you
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality field preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant management role
- Strong microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel
- Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
