As for compensation, our hourly pay is $15 plus commissions on sales performance. Our Wireless Sales Associates should expect to earn an average of between $32K and $47K in base hourly pay and incentives/commission in their first year.
Here’s what you need to get started. You’ll need to have at least a high school diploma or GED, plus a valid driver’s license, and you need to be at least 18 years old. Ideally, we’d like you to have sales experience, but customer service experience and an aptitude and attitude for business can be substituted. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment checks, which include substance screening, criminal and motor vehicle record checks.
