What You'll Be Doing
- Juggling Budgets & Building Relationships: You'll manage multiple budgets for both traditional and digital media solutions.
- Upselling Like a Pro: Keep our current clients coming back for more while bringing new business through the door.
- Be a Marketing Matchmaker: Help clients align their marketing budgets with our cross-platform solutions, boosting our share of both video and digital ads.
- Get Creative: Develop multimedia ad campaigns that wow clients and show measurable results.
- Stay on Top of Things: Review your account list weekly, track your sales pipeline, and keep an eye on digital metrics with your manager.
- Be a Networking Ninja: Build connections within your local community and beyond to highlight Viamedia’s awesome digital solutions.
- Never Stop Learning: Participate in all our cool sales training programs and keep growing.
- Shine Bright: Maintain a positive, professional attitude that reflects the best of Viamedia.
- A Bachelor’s degree is great, but if you have at least 5 years of digital sales experience, we want to talk!
- 1-3 years of experience in media sales (cable, broadcast, etc.).
- A digital sales and marketing whiz with experience in multi-screen, social, and search campaigns.
- Skilled in identifying synergies between traditional and digital sales for big wins.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a multitasking pro!
- Excellent communication skills—whether over the phone, in-person, or through a well-crafted email.
- A valid driver’s license and state-minimum car insurance.
