The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager Non-Latam is responsible for developing and executing strategies to successfully launch products, services, and promotions in new and existing markets, in the Non-Latam region. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure market entry and growth. The GTM Manager Non-Latam acts as the liaison for new market opportunities, payer team, and product rollouts, and driving results aligned with company objectives
- Develop and implement GTM strategies for new products, services, payers, and countries.
- Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and analyze competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help establish pricing models and FX schemas.
- Coordinate daily rate publication to ensure seamless payer communication.
- Coordinate initial communications, campaigns, and promotional materials for new market launches.
- Collaborate during the onboarding processes for new payers, including operational details.
- Maintain records of payer pricing and business cases.
- Build materials for and help train Sales teams on new market products, services, and corridors.
- Create, develop and distribute POS materials to promote products and payers in key markets.
- Track and report the ROI of initiatives.
- Establish metrics to monitor the success of market launches and campaigns.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of promotions, incentives, and new product rollouts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GTM performance reports.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align GTM initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for payer-related marketing inquiries.
- Demonstrate understanding of the immigrant diaspora within the U.S., particularly communities outside of Latin America.
- Effectively tailor strategies and initiatives to the unique needs of the Non-Latam diaspora.
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.
- Bilingual – English & Spanish. Ideally Spanish as second language.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in technical data analysis, working with large data sets and with proven business analysis experience.
- Knowledge of Non-Latam customer segments, habits and practices, and remittance behavior.
- Tracking and knowledge of remittance industry and market behavior for Non-Latam corridors.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI or Tableau required. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or Javascript is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, and SEO expected. Experience with Salesforce CRM & AWS a plus

- Primarily remote with in-office work required if located near a company office.
- Requires periodic travel within the US and Mexico as necessary.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
