Manager of Branding & Design

Driving brand cohesion and creative direction, producing visually captivating and on-brand graphic assets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring top-tier quality across all marketing materials and event deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing visually engaging and on-brand graphic deliverables that align with the company's brand and communication objectives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to generate ideas for new graphic deliverables that align with brand and communication objectives
• Research industry trends, emerging design concepts, and best practices in graphic design and branding to stay updated on current trends and innovations
• Supporting coordination and execution of ViaSun's events and campaigns
• Review design drafts and prototypes to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of deliverables
• Ensure the highest quality of all deliverables (swag, signage, documents, graphics, etc.) while adhering to brand guidelines
• Maintain documentation of design concepts, revisions, and project progress for tracking purposes
• Generate reports on the number of on-brand deliverables, quality scores, and integration of innovative design concepts and trends to track KPIs and performance metrics
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to improve the quality and effectiveness of our deliverables and advise on brand evolution
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or event coordination
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Forms, etc.)
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling content
• Excellent project coordination abilities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• A passion for research and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in the construction industry and/or an understanding of pursuit processes is a plus!
