The ideal candidate for our Business Operations Analyst position will execute our strategic vision for our California-based operations. The Sacramento-based Analyst will report to the COO & VP Asset Development, and will play a key support role in the development of Vibe’s cultivation, distribution and retail operations. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the renovation/construction and operational set-up of existing/new facilities, contribute to the investigation of new locations or acquisitions and support all other activities as needed to further Vibe initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Support the VP Asset Development and senior management in all aspects of Vibe’s business development goals;
• Assist with developing project timelines and budgets, identify and monitor key metrics to ensure projects stay within forecasted ranges;
• Meet with and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and service providers as needed to facilitate the performance of duties and responsibilities;
• Assist the asset development team, as needed, in supervising and implementing the upgrade and construction of Vibe physical infrastructure;
• Effectively communicates and interacts with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers courteously and professionally;
• Performs other related duties as requested by the Vibe senior leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 1-2 years of full-time work experience after college graduation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or other office productivity software;
• Ability to travel frequently and on short notice, primarily within California;
• Demonstrated time management skills and flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed to perform duties;
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation – vehicle mileage (standard IRS mileage rate) and travel expenses (incl. reasonable lodging and food expenses) to be reimbursed by Vibe;
• The successful candidate will be measured on his/her ability to produce results

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience $50,500 - $52,500 / annual
