Ready to join us as a Surveillance Team Member?
What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail will be a plus when joining our team.
As a VIBE Surveillance Team Member, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as greenhouses, loading docks, parking lots, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Team Member
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Understand and remain Compliant with the rules of the industry as set forth in MO 19 C.S.R. 100.
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Qualifications of a Surveillance Team Member
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You're able to pass an FBI background and screening process
- You have previous experience using technology
- You can use multiple computer monitors
- You are great at multi-tasking
