Position Overview
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating client account needs. This includes maintaining consistent communication with the client and internal departments to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to meet client expectations. You will work with other departments within Vibe to organize projects and ensure the best work is done in a timely manner. Maintaining business relationships with clients and external partners is key for this position.
Work Schedule
We were founded on the principle that strong teams drive business success, and we're committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. As a salaried employee, you will be expected to manage your time effectively and complete all assigned tasks and projects.
Our team is in-office from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we expect all team members to be present and working collaboratively during these times. These in-office days are essential for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative work, and we believe that they are critical to our success at Vibe.
In addition to our in-office days, we also prioritize work-life balance and offer every Friday off as a day to recharge and focus on your personal well-being. This extra day off allows you to attend to personal errands, spend time with loved ones, or simply enjoy a slower pace. Please note that as a representative of Vibe, you will be required to be available on occasion for client events and meetings that may fall on your scheduled days off, including Fridays and evenings. Additionally, due to the nature of our business and the need for in-person collaboration, we require that all employees be located on the island of O‘ahu. This will enable you to fully participate in our team's activities, attend client events, and respond to business needs in a timely manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Relations
- Become a part of the client’s team and integrate into their brands
- Communicate frequently and thoroughly with clients to ensure all of their needs are understood and addressed; maintain consistent client meetings and/or phone calls to develop and maintain client/Vibe relationship
- Build strong relationships to grow and maintain client trust and loyalty
- Act as the clients’ representative within Vibe to make sure requests are met and customer experience is positive
- Handle and resolve complaints in a respectful and professional way; address any issues, project delays, and client feedback in a timely manner.
Project Management
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure appropriate strategies are implemented for the clients’ brand and that all customer projects are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand standards are met or exceeded
- Assist with implementation of client projects when needed
Digital Marketing
- Assist with creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, Yelp, and more
- Create multi-channel content for clients that hits key copy points while remaining creative and on-brand
- Draft compelling copywriting campaigns for email, website, social media, and more
- Assist with the development of benchmarks for client accounts, monitoring of account performance, and creating client reports
Candidate requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills to effectively relay ideas to clients and team members
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients and team members
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret digital marketing data
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks, projects, and clients at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Able to accept constructive criticism well and implement it with a desire to improve
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, communications, or similar field preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per company vaccination policy

Application Process
Here’s what you can expect as an applicant of this position:
- Assignment: We will email any candidates we feel may be a good fit for the position with an assignment. We ask that interested candidates return the assignment within 7 days. The assignment should take between 2-4 hours.
- Phone Interview: A member of the Vibe team will call candidates to conduct a 20-30 minute phone interview. During this call we’d love to get to know you a bit better and learn why you’re interested in Vibe. We also welcome any questions you may have about the role.
- Video Interview: We will set up a group interview via Google Meets with relevant Vibe team members. We’ll throw a lot of questions your way in a random order. Feel free to throw some back our way, too!
- Presentation: We will ask you to prepare a simple presentation to demonstrate your project management and organizational skills, to be shared with the Vibe team. The presentation preparation should take between 2-4 hours.
