Position Purpose
The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in project management and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Essential Duties
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
- Support the Project Management Office Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned
Education/Experience
- High School diploma
- 3 years experience in Project Management
- Experience in Financial Services preferred
