Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, working to resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Develop and present reports on account status and performance
Work with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Ensure contracts and agreements are updated and maintained
Provide clients with regular updates on project status and deliverables
Ensure overall client satisfaction and retention
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in client account management or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
