Finance Graduate Program
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analyst support to your assigned business group
- Participate in training sessions as assigned
- Learn financial and ERP systems deployed within the Group and learn group internal control systems and support improvement initiatives
- Prepare, monitor, and evaluate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
- Support general finance activities including but not limited to, account reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and year-end closings, financial underwriting, what-if analysis, budget process, and other activities as assigned
- Assist in providing sound financial analysis to support the business decision making process
- Monitor general ledger accounts and support all forecast and budget activities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
- 6 months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work in multi-cultural context
- Good knowledge of financial tools such as Excel, SAP or Hyperion Financial Management
