Position Title: Experiential Specialist

Schedule: M-F, 9 am - 5 pm

Position Summary:

The Experiential Specialist will assist with developing, planning and coordinating industry-leading events. This position reports and works with the Assistant Vice President of Public Relations and Engagement to create a proactive agenda and annual experiential calendar aimed at raising the brand's visibility to internal and external audiences.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with the design and production of conferences, special events, activations and brand presence, including collaboration with colleagues and various agencies to support the efficiency of invitations, execution and reporting.
Support the virtual/online and in-person event marketing discipline, including webinars, virtual tours, demos, B2B, B2C, and custom-branded in-person events.
Coordinate and support with hiring and vetting venues, budgets, vendors, and producers for events.
Concept and create signage, run of show, draft and manage remarks, and event recap.
Source, evaluate, pitch and assist with negotiating new partnerships while fostering long-term relationships.
Partner internally with departments to identify media opportunities to strengthen brand recognition.
Assist in establishing and maintaining productive and cooperative relationships with vendors to ensure community relationships and maximize event opportunities.
Coordinate and execute the submission for awards and speaking opportunities.
Actively use administrative technology to facilitate efficient planning and organization (i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Install Vibrant brand at festivals, industry events, health fairs, and all other affiliated events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written.
Attention to detail, deadlines and proactive project management across short and long lead timelines.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines and work independently on multiple projects.
Strong understanding of social media and digital media.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of event planning and logistics experience, including event strategy, annual plans, and execution. Knowledge of industry events best practices.
Experience managing relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
