Overview :
The role of the Community Outreach Coordinator is to serve as a brand ambassador who generates awareness, visual and social media buzz, secures referral relationships, processes referrals and aids in the net increase of billable hours. These include, but are not limited to :
Establish strong referral partnerships
Identifying new customer lead sources
Answers inquiries for new services
Nurtures new leads
Creating promotions and offerings
Creating and maintaining successful client referral sources.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan.
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
Evaluating competitors.
Working together with the Social Media director to ensure consistency in all marketing and community events.

Compensations :
The compensation for the community outreach coordinator comprises of a base pay and commission.
Base Pay : $25 / hour
Commission : 10% of revenue beyond the base quota.
Salary : $25
