The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Account Manager (CAM) to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our existing ordering accounts, fostering relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in representing Vibrant Wellness at industry events, supporting clients in the field, and collaborating with our Regional Sales Managers to meet regional and company-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for ordering accounts, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with RSMs to drive sales.
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone meetings with clients to share updates and uncover new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, including conferences and trade shows, to represent Vibrant Wellness and strengthen client relationships.
- Be present in the field as needed to support clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support WellProZ initiatives by collaborating with clients to develop and enhance tailored WellProZ shops.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in client account management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with RSMs and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
