Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user-reported technical issues (hardware and software).
- Learn and gain experience with IT support tools and procedures.
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software (under supervision).
- Conduct research and assist with the implementation of new technologies.
- Assist with maintaining and updating IT documentation.
- Observe and learn IT best practices from experienced professionals.
- Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or related program.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to take initiative.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
