Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partner: Partner with Performance Coatings leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive value creation and grow the business both organically and inorganically. Lead the team by providing analytical insight.
- Operational Finance: Partner with Business Unit President and Business Unit COO to develop operational metrics and analytical reviews to actively manage business unit performance.
- Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance Leadership Team peers (CAO, BU CFOs, VP Corp FP&A, Procurement, and Treasury) to ensure broader finance team goals and objectives are delivered including:
- Timely/accurate financial reporting
- Maintenance of internal controls
- Key talent development
- Participate in the development and execution of Finance Strategic Roadmap
Qualifications

Experience
- 15 years prior relevant experience with a strong focus on operational finance in a manufacturing type environment
- Previous business unit CFO experience within a larger public or private company a plus
- Standalone CFO experience in a $500M company a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting/finance or relevant concentration, MBA a plus.
