We are looking for a skilled Rubber Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining rubber molding machines to produce high-quality rubber products. The ideal candidate will have experience in rubber molding processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Key Responsibilities not limited to:
- Set up and operate rubber molding machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor molding processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Adjust machine settings, temperature, and pressure as needed for optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot molding equipment.

Requirements
