Grant & Operations Manager
Vicente Ferrer Foundation USA (VFF USA)
Salary: $55,000− $60,000 annually
The Vicente Ferrer Foundation USA (VFF USA) seeks a motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented Grant Writer & Operations Manager to plan and implement fundraising through grant writing and in-person events. The ideal candidate must be flexible, well-organized, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize varied projects, and enjoy working with a small, collaborative, and passionate team.
Job Description:
· Identify suitable grants for different projects, write grant proposals, and follow up with funders via phone and email. Manage all grant deadlines and related priorities.
· Support fundraising events, manage event logistics, and represent VFF USA at events.
· Manage projects in CRM, prepare donor reports, and follow up with partner organizations regarding any pending reports.
· Support individual donor engagement, including stewardship reports, event invitations, donor acknowledgment letters, peer-to-peer fundraising, briefings, and special projects. Enter new donor data into the system and update the child sponsorship and recurring donor information.
· Provide all financial monthly data to the contractor and follow up with them, coordinate with FVF if any troubleshooting is required, track all state charity registrations and prepare all required documentation, and help the ED with the audit process.

Qualifications & Skills:
Successful candidates will have:
- 3 years of grant writing experience, including prospect research and donor communications
- Proven track record in donor/customer relations, database management, and data entry
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to identify funding opportunities aligned with projects
- Outgoing and persuasive personality – comfortable networking and building connections
- Professional demeanor with exemplary work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Passion for community outreach and mission-driven work
- Preferred: Experience in canvassing, sales, nonprofit operations, or social media campaigns
