We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure healthy growth.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other garden features by planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Clear debris from pathways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as directed.
- Monitor the health of plants and report any issues such as pests or diseases.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Experience
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes) and power tools (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) is essential.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and irrigation systems is advantageous.
