Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent negotiation and organizational abilities who is available to work full-time. You will prepare documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney as our estate planning attorney. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to eliminate questions regarding how an estate should be managed. Compensation : 85,000 - $165,000
Responsibilities :
- Keep client files properly organized and up to date
- Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
- Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets
