We are actively seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive lead generation. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for key metrics.

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid search and paid social strategies focused on lead generation and conversions. This includes:
• Keyword and campaign research
• Building, scaling, and hands on management of campaigns
• Optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and lead generation campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• A/B testing creative, copy, and audiences
• Perform market analysis, competitive and keyword research to come up with new campaign ideas and provide actionable recommendations
• Collect, analyze, and report key metrics across all digital marketing platforms to identify trends and opportunities
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, updates, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team and provide updates to key stakeholders

• 2-4 years experience in paid search and paid social advertising, including hands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing ads on Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• A deep understanding of bid strategies (CPC, CPA, CPM), account architecture, and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Able to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines
• Write compelling copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, SEMRush and other platforms to improve performance
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and monitoring performance metrics.
