\n- Onboarding new employees from start to finish ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Weekly payroll processing for multiple entities/administrative duties.
- Benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- This position will ensure the payroll functions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, wage and hour laws, Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other applicable requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance on HR-related issues including ADA, EEO, FMLA, and Cobra.
- Manages unemployment insurance and workers compensation claims and records.
- Manages all required data from EEO-1, OSHA, and other reports on an as needed basis.
- Process tax and liability payments and review monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and employment verifications.
- HR administration for all new and current employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements.
- Maintains employee records and files.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or 5-7 years
- Human Resources/Payroll experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
- ADP Workforce Now experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping all information confidential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
