Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is looking for an Office Administrator for our Corporate Headquarters in the beautiful Bell Works building in Holmdel, NJ. This individual is a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, purpose, and culture. This individual will serve as the heartbeat of our office operations and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our Director of Business Affairs and TA department to ensure our office experience is best-in-class from candidate and other in-person guest experiences to administration of the office, creating an environment that our employees enjoy and benefit from. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support
Greet visitors, prospective employees, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist with office organization, including managing and maintaining supplies, ordering Victory swag, and ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace.
Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers and computers) is maintained and functions properly.
Support territory specific social media efforts and internal culture-driven content creation.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to plan and execute events.
People Operations Support
Assist People Operations / HR with onboarding new employees.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support as needed.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Address and resolve office-related issues promptly.
Implement improvements to office processes and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Office Administrator / Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365).
Ability to take direction from multiple executives and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Energetic, ambitious, and eager for growth opportunities.
Ability to list as much as 25 lbs. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
