What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Program Lead Educator position at Victory Learning Academy Inc.?
We are seeking an Infant Teacher to join our family! This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children.
Responsibilities:
*Instruct Infant & Toddler-aged children in activities designed to promote developmental, intellectual, and creative growth
*Create a fun and safe learning environment
*Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
*Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
*Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
*Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
*Must be punctual
*Have a current childcare qualification letter or the ability to complete one immediately
*Have a current TB skin test or the ability to complete one immediately
*Associate degree in Early childhood, or working towards such degree preferred but a minimum of Child Care credentials required.
*Passionate about working with children
*Ability to build rapport with children & parents
*Positive and patient demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Great organizational skills
*Ability & creativity to individualize care for children
