What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Program Lead Educator position at Victory Learning Academy Inc.?
We are seeking an experienced and talented Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our family! This individual will plan and present engaging and developmentally-appropriate activities for children. Responsibilities include instructing infants and toddlers, creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, developing schedules and routines, building relationships with students and parents, and maintaining the health and safety of all students.
Qualifications:
*Must be punctual and have a current childcare qualification letter and TB skin test, or the ability to complete them immediately
*Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or working towards such degree preferred but a minimum of Child Care credentials required
*Passionate about working with children
*Ability to build rapport with children and parents
*Positive and patient demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Great organizational skills
*Ability and creativity to individualize care for children
