Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company aimed at maximizing distribution and yield for live event ticket inventory. We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promotors, teams, venues and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full-service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment.

THE POSITION

In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for proactively building and managing the event catalog as well as meeting the day-to-day needs of our clients, including answering questions and fulfilling requests. Representatives are able to monitor and maintain the Ticket Evolution Catalog in a timely and accurate manner.
This role combines elements of customer service, advocacy, and inventory management. Our ideal candidate has experience managing time-sensitive requests in a high-volume environment.

THE PLAN

  • Designing and maintaining seating charts
  • Monitoring schedule/on-sales and other announcements for event creation
  • Supporting Ticket Mapping and alerts
  • Prioritizing and responding to emails and phone calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting our Clients with a variety of requests, including researching and resolving common issues
  • Escalating requests to other departments (and individuals) as needed
  • Build sustainable, trusting relationships with our Clients through open and interactive communication
  • Following up on client requests to reach satisfactory resolution
  • Quick and capable use of software to complete client requests
  • Collaborating with peers across all departments to improve the overall Member experience
  • Meeting or exceeding department standards for quality of service
  • Perform any and all other functions requested by direct managers
Requirements
What we’re looking for
  • Identifying gaps in our supply of inventory in advance of an event
  • Previous success in a consumer-facing position

    Ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion regarding interpersonal relationships
  • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Good decision-making skills and judgment
  • Flexible and reliable team player, within departmental team and the company 
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal), and active listening skills
  • Adept at time management and prioritizing job tasks, within defined parameters and/or objectives. Must be able to work independently
  • Able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
  • Knowledge and understanding of both the primary and secondary markets within the ticketing industry preferred
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, managing ticket inventory and/or third-party ticketing software a plus
  • A complete understanding of the Victory Live business model
  • Education: High School diploma with 2 years of related experience or an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
    • Experience in sports, entertainment and/or affiliate/loyalty programs a plus
  • Skills:
    • Problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Experience:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
    • Proficient computer/keyboarding skills
Position Type / Expected Work Hours
Full-time in office position, working nights and weekends as scheduled.
