Requirements
- Prior experience in media buying, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable media rates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Asana, and media buying software.
- Experience with TV media buying and familiarity with RFP processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of media analytics and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations with media outlets to secure competitive media rates for advertising placements.
- Build, optimize, and execute effective media plans that align with clients' objectives and budget.
- Perform post-campaign audits to ensure that purchased media was executed as planned and meets performance expectations.
- Coordinate the process of buying TV time, including issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to TV stations.
- Collaborate with clients and brand managers to understand campaign objectives and develop optimal media plans..
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors.
- Follow established processes and systems for creating and executing media plans.
- Maintain proficiency in media buying software, Microsoft Excel, Asana, and other relevant tools.
- Interpret analytics and performance data to refine strategies and recommendations.
