Vident Asset Management, LLC is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. This position will be located at our Alpharetta, GA headquarters. The IT Support Engineer reports to the Director of IT and works closely with Vident’s dynamic trading and portfolio management teams in multiple locations.

What you’ll do:
- Support specialist providing technical support to remote and on-site staff. This includes supporting the high availability and security needs for our regulated advisory business.
- Maintain and support users on Vident’s Microsoft 365 platform and other critical cloud services in Azure, Salesforce, Dropbox, Orion, and Bloomberg. You will administer Exchange, SharePoint, Entra, Intune, Teams, and OneDrive services. You will deploy, maintain and engineer software and configuration delivery using Intune.
- System administrator of company hardware including staff laptops, virtual servers, and mobile devices. Engineer trading systems and implement configuration changes and hardware lifecycles.
- System administrator of Alpharetta internal network, including firewalls, switches, and data circuits. Also oversee support and configuration of office equipment such as video conferencing, printers, and scanners.
- Work alongside Outsourced IT providers and cloud services providers to deliver advanced security and managed software services.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager
What you have:
- Helpdesk or other technical support experience, preferably personalized service experiences.
- Engineering or administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 services and tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure virtual networks and machine configurations
- Demonstrated knowledge of information security and security principles.
- Salesforce administration experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to discreetly handle confidential data
- Ability to make independent judgments and decisions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to organize and express thoughts clearly and concisely

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years work experience
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- 5-10 years experience required. Do not apply without proven experience.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
- CISSP is a plus
