As a Garden Services & Enhancement Crew Lead, you'll play a vital role in leading our garden services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance and enhancement work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
As the Garden Services & Enhancement Crew Lead, you will play an integral role in overseeing our garden services team. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that all maintenance and enhancement projects are executed with the highest level of quality, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for guiding your crew through daily tasks while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities for the Garden Services & Enhancement Crew Lead include:
- Strategically plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow for the crew;
- Effectively communicate goals and expectations to the team, fostering clarity and accountability;
- Drive productivity by maintaining focus and motivation within the crew throughout the day;
- Oversee and manage timesheets for the team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements for the Garden Services & Enhancement Crew Lead include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- 1 year of landscaping experience required;
- 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person;
- Chauffeur’s License required or willing to obtain with the company assistances;
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail;
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing;
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle report.
