As the Garden Services & Enhancement Production Manager, you will oversee and manage the maintenance of client properties, plant health operations, and team performance. Your role will ensure Vidosh North’s high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism while delivering excellent customer service and fostering employee development.

Responsibilities for the Garden Services & Enhancement Production Manager include:
- Coordinating crew assignments, schedules, and daily operations to ensure client properties meet Vidosh North’s high standards;
- Monitoring client maintenance agreements and updating records to reflect work performed;
- Managing plant health services, including water conservation, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination;
- Organizing and overseeing Garden Services & Enhancement crews, ensuring proper training, compliance with safety regulations, and performance management;
- Providing exceptional client service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and recommending solutions;
- Maintaining company equipment, conducting inventory checks, and coordinating repairs as needed.
Requirements for the Garden Services & Enhancement Production Manager include:
- 3 years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of plant health practices, water conservation techniques, and irrigation systems;
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and develop teams effectively;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- Proficiency in relevant technology and software applications.
