As a Landscape Utilities Drainage Crew Leader, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure the health and vitality of our clients’ landscapes. You’ll also be responsible for communicating expectations and results to supervisors, troubleshooting problems, and keeping them productive on a daily basis.

Responsibilities for the Landscape Utilities Drainage Crew Leader, include:
- Communicating expectations and results to the supervisor
- Staying productive and organized on a daily basis
- Performing irrigation start-ups and shutdowns (blowouts), installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements for the Landscape Utilities Drainage Crew Leader, include:
- 3 years of experience in irrigation work, including leading crews or managing teams on job sites required;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve basic irrigation issues;
- Physical ability and willingness to dig by hand as needed;
- Proficiency with technology, including using apps for timekeeping and recordkeeping;
- A valid Michigan driver’s license with a Chauffeur's Endorsement.
Salary : $15 - $30
