Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and supporting overall brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing trends and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.

Assist in creating compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.

Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.

Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is preferred.
