Job Summary
The Bakery Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of pastry chefs in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts
- Ensuring high-quality products are produced and presented in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assisting with menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Providing training and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- A valid Food Handler's Card
