What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist position at VieMed Healthcare Staffing?
VHS is looking for a qualified Phlebotomist for a part time contract in Baton Rouge!
- 8-24 hours per week
- Day shift - 8 : 30a-5p
- Must be able to give IM injections
- Must be able to draw blood with ease, especially on hard to stick and elderly males
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have good communication skills in order to teach patients how to self administer IM injections
- Flexibility to assist with phone calls and other light office tasks
