Position Summary :
The IAQ systems engineer role is responsible for the full engineering lifecycle of residential indoor air quality (IAQ) products within our portfolio, including air purifiers, humidifiers, ventilators, UV lights, and more. Most development includes engineering and program management responsibilities. They will work within cross-functional groups, as well as interface with project / program managers, marketing, sales and other internal and external customers, to ensure strategic engineering objectives are met in a timely manner.
Key Job Responsibilities :
The candidate will have responsibility for the following in addition to ad hoc assignments.
- Design and develop complex components and system designs.
- Work to evaluate and validate third party product and concepts.
- Lead project teams to deliver new products to market.
- Develop and improve processes and product knowledge and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and influence a 3-5 year product roadmap.
- Define technology requirements and influence resources to align development to roadmap needs.
- Develop and maintain annual RD&E plans and dashboards.
