About this position
This role is crucial for the efficient management of Warehouse Inventory, with a focus on processes related to Engineering Testing, Quality Control, Excess & Obsolete Inventory, and Salvage & Repair. The position ensures optimal warehouse operations by maintaining compliance in inventory storage, supporting daily audits and inventory activities, and leading the annual physical inventory. Additionally, it involves overseeing in-transit and factory deliveries, performing audits against Inventory SOPs, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with Engineering test for orders, coordinating all aspects of order process in the warehouse.
- Coordinates the factory's QC hold process, ensuring effective product segregation and monitoring that product.
- Works with Product Marketing to ensure effective E&O processes.
- Works with Salvage & Repair team to ensure efficient process execution.
- Maintain and ensure compliance of inventory storage and receiving.
- Support the daily operations in audits and inventory receiving.
- Participates in and / or leads annual physical inventory.
- Provides support to maintain in-transit and factory deliveries.
- Perform audits of operational practices against Inventory SOPs.
- Leads engineering auditing program.
- Maintain equipment misfit locations.
- Work across the larger team in Continuous improvement and SOP audits.
